Dreaming is good for you

Never underestimate the power of your dreams. Many people think that it is all a land of make believe. All your hidden thoughts combined into a subconscious message to help you “find your way”. Others simply use the term to define a goal or aspiration. 

 

Whatever your philosophy, it is good for you. To dream does not cost a thing – and they do say the best things in life are free. 

 

Before you go to bed, try and write down your stresses in a journal. That way you may help prevent getting stressful dreams or nightmares which will lead to a bad night of sleep – or worst of all, no sleep! Lie back, close your eyes and imagine. 

 

Enjoy the fact that your dreams are private to you – even when you try to describe your dreams to someone else, the way they picture it will be completely different to how you envisaged it all occurring.
