International Fitness Week

Follow the footsteps of Spice Girl Mel B and get active next week! We all know that the British weather can be temperamental to say the least, so if you don't fancy braving the great outdoors - bring the outside in and exercise in the comfort of your own home. The Nintendo Wii Fit and the Kinect for X Box have proved pretty popular to keep those fitness levels up but without leaving home. Other alternatives include circuit training around the house, having a disco in your lounge and using your bed as a mini trampoline! Just mind that you don't jump too high! If you do fancy a bit of fresh air - cycling around the block, walk around the block or try some skipping in the garden! Enjoy yourself!
