My Personal Prayer

Bringing some sort of prayer or ritual each night can really help children feel safe and secure.  This can be a traditional prayer from your family faith or something composed by the child or created by the whole family.  It need only be a sentence or two, but the consistency of repeating the same words can be very calming and reassuring.
